At High Street Healing Space, I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times. Anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can leave you feeling stuck and uncertain about how to move forward. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can find relief and rediscover your inner strength.

I work with individuals from all walks of life, whether you're a student striving for clarity or a professional seeking balance. I also offer intensive therapy programs designed to help you achieve meaningful change quickly. These focused sessions—12 hours over two weeks—can help you break through barriers and make progress when you need it most.

I believe that while we can’t always control what life throws at us, we can learn new ways to respond that lead to greater well-being. Whether you’re looking for ongoing support or a targeted approach to overcome a specific challenge, I’m here to help you build confidence, regain balance, and move forward with purpose.

My Therapeutic Approach

As a therapist, I believe that lasting change comes from understanding the patterns that hold us back and learning the skills to overcome them. My approach is rooted in TEAM therapy, a highly effective, evidence-based model created by Dr. David Burns. TEAM stands for Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting, and Methods, and it’s a collaborative, personalized process designed to help you achieve real and lasting results.

We’ll work together to identify the specific thoughts and behaviors you want to change and find the tools that work best for you. I’ll teach you how to use these tools on your own, so you can maintain your progress and manage life’s challenges long after our work together ends.​

My practice is guided by a few key values:
Transparency:

 

Therapy shouldn’t feel like a mystery. I take the time to explain every step of the process, so you’ll understand exactly how to use the methods we explore together. My goal is to empower you to confidently apply these techniques even if challenges arise in the future.

Compassion:

 

Everyone starts from a different place, and I’m here to meet you where you are. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.

Reflection:

 

Feeling truly heard and understood can be a powerful part of healing. I’ll take the time to listen deeply and ensure that you feel supported every step of the way.

Method:

 

I focus on practical strategies that deliver results. Together, we’ll explore a wide variety of tools to find the ones that resonate most with you and practice them until you feel confident using them on your own.

Most of my clients see significant improvement within 4-6 months, and as therapy comes to an end, we’ll focus on relapse prevention training to help you stay on track in the future. I’m passionate about helping you create lasting change, and I continue to stay sharp through ongoing training in TEAM therapy and other modalities to offer the best possible care.
