Individual Counseling

I use TEAM therapy, an evidence-based approach that combines Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting, and Methods to ensure our work together is structured, collaborative, and results-driven. This means therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about actively working toward the changes you want to see. Together, we’ll identify the specific challenges you’re facing, practice strategies that work best for you, and equip you with tools to manage future obstacles on your own.

I believe in transparency and empowerment, so you’ll always understand why we’re using certain techniques and how to apply them beyond our sessions. Most of my clients see meaningful improvement within 4-6 months and leave therapy feeling more confident, resilient, and in control of their mental well-being.

Intensive Therapy

If you’re looking to make faster progress or break through long-standing challenges, my Intensive Therapy Program is designed to help you achieve meaningful change in a short amount of time. Instead of weekly sessions, this focused approach provides 12 hours of therapy over two weeks, allowing us to dive deep and address the root of your struggles with momentum and clarity.

This option is ideal if you:

  • Feel stuck in traditional therapy and want a more structured, results-driven approach.

  • Have a specific issue you want to work through intensively.

  • Need to make significant progress quickly due to life transitions, deadlines, or personal commitments.

  • Want a highly personalized experience with practical tools you can use immediately.

 

Using TEAM therapy, we’ll identify the core thoughts and behaviors that are holding you back and work through a variety of techniques to create lasting change. Since this method is interactive and skills-based, you’ll leave the program with a personalized toolkit to maintain your progress long after the sessions end.
